About the Role
- Technical and commercial management of assigned accounts (distributors and representatives) nationwide.
- Development of commercial strategies to drive growth and market penetration in HVAC and plumbing wholesale channels.
- Identification of opportunities, cold prospecting, and full follow-up of commercial and industrial HVAC projects.
- Ongoing communication with the manufacturing plant and international teams for custom, engineered-to-order project specifications.
- Technical presentations and value demonstrations for clients, contractors, and design engineers.
- Preparation of proposals and quotations following global commercial protocols.
- Reporting of activities, forecasting, and CRM metrics; minimum of 10 sales calls per week.
- Participation in industry trade shows and sector events.
- Competitor, market trends, and customer needs analysis to provide strategic recommendations.
