About the Role
💡 We are looking for a dedicated Sales Engineer with a strong customer- and value-driven mindset to join our team in Berlin, or Vienna. This role focuses on supporting during our sales process with large and mid-size medical device manufacturers. As a key partner to Sales, Product, and prospective customers, you will plan and execute software testings, clearly articulate the business value of our solution, and develop customer-specific business cases to support internal purchasing decisions. You will work closely with diverse stakeholder groups to ensure an exceptional Flinn experience and guide prospects toward a purchasing decision. Fluency in German and English is essential (additional languages are a plus), along with a willingness to travel up to twice a month.
