About the Role

OSF Digital is seeking a Sales Engineer to join our consultative sales team, supporting customers in defining high‑impact Salesforce solutions and collaborating closely with our Sales and Delivery organizations.
Key Responsibilities
• Partner with the sales team to understand customer challenges and propose a Salesforce solution vision.
• Lead technical discovery focused on business requirements, platform capabilities, and potential integrations.
• Create high-level conceptual solution designs, defining architecture direction and expected functionalities.
• Prepare and deliver customized demos across main Salesforce clouds.
• Support commercial proposals with high-level technical inputs.
• Collaborate with Delivery, which validates the proposed design, confirms feasibility, identifies risks, and provides technical and effort estimates.
