/Duties

lIn charge of the Business of FPI Infrared products for assigned area/Segment, in collaboration with sales manager, marketing, application team and Channel partners;

lDevelop new customer base and generate new leads through multiple vehicles and marketing events;

lExploit business opportunities to meet and exceed revenue targets set per segment or product;

lConduct regular client visit and proactively promote products and services with solution selling to customers;

lCreate and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition to potential customers;

lProvide pre-sales technical support, product delivery, application training, installation and debugging for customers.

lEstablish and maintain long-term customer satisfaction with good service and support, managing & interpreting their requirements and building a strong rapport.
