Sales Enablement Specialist

Pay: ₱20,000.00 - ₱25,000.00 per month

JOB LOCATION: Ortigas, Pasig

JOB OBJECTIVE: To enhance sales team performance through targeted training, coaching, and support programs, and to execute campaigns and initiatives set by the Sales Transformation Specialist.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver training sessions, workshops, and coaching to sales staff to improve their skills and product knowledge.
• Support sales teams with strategies, tools, and resources to improve their selling effectiveness.
• Execute enablement campaigns, initiatives, and programs to increase engagement and performance.
• Track participation, gather feedback, and measure the impact of enablement activities.
• Provide ongoing mentoring and support for sales personnel to sustain skill development.
