Job Overview

In the Sales Enablement Partner role at Veriforce, reporting to the Head of Learning and Development - Americas, you will design, develop, and deploy scalable training programs that accelerate time to proficiency, improve sales productivity, and ensure consistent execution across all sales roles. You will collaborate with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Product teams, and Human Resources to align training with go‑to‑market strategy and business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Design, deliver, and continually improve the onboarding program for new hires, including live, instructor‑led training and asynchronous resources.
  • Lead ongoing development programs that upskill the Sales teams.
  • Partner with Sales leaders to identify skills gaps and performance trends, and address them through tailored training and coaching.
