We are looking for a new candidate for the position of Sales Enablement Head IMEA (m/f/d) within Aftermarket Division in our Istanbul, Sultanbeyli location. Apart from Türkiye, we are also open for following locations: India (Pune, Bangalore), South Africa (Germiston).
What you can look forward to as Sales Enablement Head IMEA (m/f/d):
Drive and increase the productivity and effectiveness of the sales organization, through adapted tools, processes, and data empowerment,

Ownership of resource planning and conduct sales training programs using collaboration tools. Enforce adoption of digital tools and processes across the sales organization,
