**How you'll make an impact:**
+ Drive SIP Administration – Administer the Sales Incentive Plan across Latin America, ensuring the incentive system (e.g. Anaplan) is configured with correct quotas, metrics, positions, and criteria. You’ll handle exceptions (new hires, terminations, promotions, leaves) and perform manual adjustments as needed to guarantee accurate commission calculations.
