About the Role

Overview
The Sales Director position is responsible for leading the Hong Kong Sales team and growing sales from partner / key accounts in their territory, i.e. Hong Kong & Macau. Representatives are responsible for educating their prospects and customer on the benefits of sophisticated ergonomic work tools, and leveraging that knowledge in the sale of our products and services.
 Responsibilities 
Responsible for full spectrum sales and business development activities of assigned regions to meet and exceed revenue, profitability and product mix sales goals for our ergonomic workplace solutions.
Training, educating, marketing and selling the value of ergonomic workplace solutions to and through partners, key accounts and end users 
Maintain high level sales activity at all times with minimum of 12 sales appointments per week 
Achieve and exceed revenue, profitability and product mix sales goals
