Job Description

Robert Boch Angola is looking for an experienced Sales Director to lead strategic sales growth, manage key customer relationships, and develop high-performance teams. Duties and tasks will include but will not be limited to the following: 

  • Strategy & Growth: Define and implement sales strategies, including new customer acquisition and expanding existing accounts.
  • Relationship Management: Establish and maintain relationships with top management at key accounts (CEO/President level).
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and empower sales teams (direct/indirect) while fostering a high-performance culture.
  • KPI Management: Track, report, and deliver on KPIs, including revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Commercial & Technical Sales: Negotiate, agree, and confirm annual customer agreements and contracts.<...
