- Must be Residing from the Philippines
- B1-C1 German language proficiency (spoken & written)
- 1+ years experience in SDR / BDR / Sales / Lead Generation
- Experience with cold calling, cold emailing & LinkedIn outreach
- Stable internet, own device & quiet workspace
- Willing to work German business hours (CET / CEST)
- ✅ Commissions on top of base pay
- ✅ Paid leaves & PH holidays
