The SDR is responsible for identifying and qualifying inbound and outbound sales opportunities. This role is the first point of contact for prospects and plays a critical role in driving the top of the sales funnel. You will work closely with Account Executives and Sales Managers to book meetings and build a pipeline of qualified leads. Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling.
Responsibilities
- Build lead lists using Websites, LinkedIn, Apollo, Crunchbase, or industry directories
- Research prospects to personalize outreach (company size, focus, pain points)
- Qualify inbound leads and determine fit based on company criteria
- Schedule consultations for the Sales Manager or In-person closing team (Doctor, Nurse, Owner, etc.)
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in a CRM
