What will the job be about ? You will have one mission: book qualified meeting for field sales based in Germany. How will you get there?

  • Prospect & Research: Identify target accounts and key contacts using tools like LinkedIn, Salesforce, and internal data sources.
  • Multi-Channel Outreach: Engage prospects through personalized email, phone calls, and social platforms to spark interest and begin sales conversations.
  • Qualify Leads: Assess leads to determine business relevance and readiness for next-stage sales engagement.
  • CRM Management: Log all interactions, update lead statuses, and maintain high-quality data in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with Sales Managers and Marketing to align on messaging, campaigns, and campaign follow-ups.
  • Continuous Improvement: Suggest and adopt better prospecting tactics, messaging adjustments, and workflow improvements.
