Job Description

  • Conduct prospecting activities to identify potential clients across multiple industries
  • Perform cold outreach via phone calls, emails and Linkedin to engage new prospects
  • Qualify leads by uderstanding client needs, business challenges and decision-making structures
  • Schedule qualified meetings for Business Development Managers to support piepline growth
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and target accounts
  • Track outreach activities and maintain accurate records in the Salesforce CRM system

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, lead generation or business development
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
  • Proven track record using a sales methodology to generate business lead, open doors and manage the sales cycle to contract signature
  • Experience with outbound prospecting and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
