Job Description

The Senior SDR will manage the full prospecting lifecycle for recruiting-focused nearshore augmentation deals. The role is data-driven, outbound-focused, and requires targeting US enterprises. Will report to a Sales & Business Development Director and receive hands‑on coaching in outreach, A/B testing, and AI‑first workflows.
