Sales Development Representative

Our Sales Development Representative will manage inbound and outbound sales activities, develop effective sales funnels and scripts, and close deals. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, skilled in handling calls and text-based outreach, and can communicate clearly with a neutral to American accent.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and optimize sales funnels, scripts, and outreach strategies to improve conversion rates.
• Conduct inbound and outbound calls to prospects and existing leads.
• Engage leads via calls and text messages, following up consistently and professionally.
• Qualify leads, identify customer needs, and move prospects through the sales pipeline.
• Perform sales closing and secure commitments from qualified prospects.
