About the Role

Overview

Creative Chaos is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Inbound SDR to manage all incoming sales inquiries. Your primary responsibility is to engage, qualify, and schedule meetings between these leads and our Account Executive (AE).

Responsibilities

  • Respond Promptly to inbound leads (within defined SLAs)
  • Conduct Initial Outreach via personalized emails, phone calls, and SMS
  • Schedule Meetings between qualified prospects and the AE using HubSpot Meetings
  • Maintain CRM Accuracy by logging all activities, notes, and lead dispositions in Hubspot
  • Nurture Cold Leads who aren't ready to buy yet—add them to follow-up cadences or hand-off to marketing
  • Monitor and Triage website contact forms, inbound calls, demo requests, and email inquiries
