Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and target potential clients across LATAM who may benefit from HR, payroll, and recruiting services.
  • Conduct systematic outbound outreach through calls, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email, and networking.
  • Research industries, companies, and key decision-makers to build high-quality lead lists.
  • Maintain a consistent volume of outbound activities to generate net-new conversations.
