Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven CRM Specialist to own and optimize our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system within the real estate business. This role is critical in managing leads, nurturing client relationships, improving sales follow-up, and supporting agents and management with accurate data, automation, and reporting. The role will also require the individual to call the leads and book appointments.
The ideal candidate understands real estate sales cycles, lead pipelines, and client touchpoints—from first inquiry to closing and post-transaction follow-up.
