About the Role

Location: Medellín, Colombia (Remote / Hybrid – frequent travel within Medellín and surrounding areas)
Mobility: Valid driver's license and own vehicle required
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in beverage sales, FMCG sales, or distributor relationship management.
Proven experience with minimarkets, convenience stores, grocery chains, or distributors in Colombia.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently within Medellín.
CRM proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and build relationships with distributors, grocery stores, minimarkets, gyms, spas, restaurants, and convenience stores.
Conduct in-person sales visits, product demonstrations, and tastings.
Present and promote VitaLife products with strong value-based arguments.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts; close sales opportunities and meet monthly targets.
