Working hours: Mon - Fri (9am-6pm)
Working Location: Bangsar South, KL
Main Responsibilities
- Handle and manage all inbound calls and customer inquiries
- Conduct discovery and qualification calls to identify potential leads
- Present Rent-to-Own solar offers and convert prospects to advisory calls
- Prepare basic rooftop solar designs and proposals for clients
- Schedule appointments and site surveys for sales associates
- Support sales initiatives to enhance processes and customer experience
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required
