Working hours: Mon - Fri (9am-6pm)
Working Location: Bangsar South, KL

Main Responsibilities

  • Handle and manage all inbound calls and customer inquiries  
  • Conduct discovery and qualification calls to identify potential leads
  • Present Rent-to-Own solar offers and convert prospects to advisory calls
  • Prepare basic rooftop solar designs and proposals for clients
  • Schedule appointments and site surveys for sales associates
  • Support sales initiatives to enhance processes and customer experience
  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required
