About the Role
Job Summary:
Creative Chaos is looking for a proactive and detail-orientedInbound SDR to manage all incoming sales inquiries. Your primary responsibility is to engage, qualify, and schedule meetings between these leads and our Account Executive (AE).
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond Promptly to inbound leads (within defined SLAs).
- Conduct Initial Outreach via personalized emails, phone calls, and SMS.
- Schedule Meetings between qualified prospects and the AE using HubSpot Meetings.
- Maintain CRM Accuracy by logging all activities, notes, and lead dispositions in Hubspot.
- Nurture Cold Leads who aren’t ready to buy yet—add them to follow-up cadences or hand-off to marketing.
