Sales Development Representative

We're Unmade, a CRO and Shopify design agency working with 6–8 figure DTC brands across the US, Canada, and Europe. We help brands convert more of the traffic they already have through research-driven design and conversion optimization. We're looking for a sharp, organized BDR who owns the top of our sales funnel — from first touch to booked meeting to proposal sent. You don't close. You make sure the right people show up ready to talk.
What you'll own
Build and manage outbound pipelines through cold email, LinkedIn DMs, and social prospecting.
Personalize outreach sequences to increase reply rates and meeting bookings.
Book qualified meetings with eCommerce founders, CMOs, and growth leaders.
Confirm and follow up with prospects to make sure they show up.
Send proposals after discovery calls and track pipeline status in the CRM.
Keep outreach tools and CRM updated and organized at all times.
Hit monthly KPIs for meetings booked and proposals sent.
