Sales Development Representative

We're on the lookout for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Rep to join our growing team at Apteum. If you enjoy keeping things organized, supporting sales teams, and making sure clients have a smooth experience—you might just be the one we're looking for
What you'll do:
Provide day-to-day support to the sales team
Warm calling or active outreach to prospective customers to generate sales meetings
Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing proposals, and other admin tasks
Strong reporting skills and attention to detail. Enter data into the CRM to capture insights, feedback and to assist Management with analyzing the Sales cycle
Collaborate with other departments including Marketing, Product and Customer
What we're looking for:
Strong communication and organisational skills
Customer-focused with a can-do attitude
Proficient use of software such as Microsoft Office, Salesforce, G-suite, LinkedIn
