Sales Development Representative

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative based in Bogotá to support B2B growth through proactive prospecting and outbound sales activities. This role is ideal for a driven sales professional with strong cold‑calling experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long‑term business relationships in a fast‑paced environment.

You Have

• 2+ years of experience working in a Consultative sales environment (B2B experience is desirable).
• English proficiency at the B2+ level (spoken and written).
• Strong experience in cold calling and lead prospecting within a B2B environment.
• Technical aptitude with the ability to quickly understand products and services.
• Experience handling high-volume outbound calling.
• Strong problem‑solving and objection‑handling skills.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
