About the Role

Sales Development Representative (SDR)

We are hiring a full-time Sales Development Representative to support the growth engine at a

US-based lead generation company for bookkeeping and accounting services. This role exists

to close the gap between automated booking systems and real conversations. You will be

responsible for converting unresponsive leads into booked calls, re-engaging no-shows, and

pushing prospects across the finish line so revenue does not leak from the pipeline. This is a

high-output, high-volume calling role. You will be representing the company directly when

speaking with small business owners. Full-time. Fully remote. Must be ENGLISH-SPEAKING.

Hours: 9am–5pm EST.

Salary: $2,500 + commission
