About the Role
1) Coordinate logistic, inventory, and delivery schedules to ensure timely fulfilment of customer and after sales commitments.
2) Align sales forecast and customer demand with production planning and manufacturing capacity
3) Monitor production readiness and delivery execution to support on-time after sales fulfilment.
4) Collaborate with site services team to resolve site related issues and ensure smooth on-site operations.
5) Prepare cross-functional after sales reports and logistic analyses to support management decision making
Qualifications
1) Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
2) Minimum 2 year experience in sales coordinator
3) Strong communication skills to engage with clients effectively
