Qualifications
- College graduate with a formal degree in Business Administration (or similar)
- With at least 1 year work experience related to sales and retail operations
- With the ability to speak and write in English
- With the ability to use Google, Yahoo, or Outlook email
- With good mastery of Microsoft Office, Mobile Applications, and other programs or applications related to business communication
Duties And Responsibilities
- Filing of Proforma Invoice for local orders.
- Preparation and filing of Delivery Receipts for local orders.
- Coordinate with clients regarding permits or other delivery requirements.
- Coordinate with showroom for any sales related concerns which need to be transmitted to factory.
- Prepare and send by email product quotations to clients when necessary.
