About the Role

Requirement

  • Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing or related field
  • Minimum 2–3 years experience in Sales Coordination / Sales Admin role
  • Experience in manufacturing or trading company preferred
  • Familiar with quotation preparation, order processing & sales documentation
  • Mandarin REQUIRED (liaising with China counterparts)
  • Strong follow-up and coordination skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple orders simultaneously
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting

Responsibility

This role supports the Sales team in managing customer accounts and coordinating the full order process within a manufacturing environment. You will work closely with internal departments and overseas counterparts to ensure smooth communication and accurate documentation.
