Job Description: After-Sales Service Coordinator
We are seeking a rigorous and organized After-Sales Service Coordinator to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will orchestrate the flow of information and logistical solutions between our retail locations, suppliers, and internal departments (specifically our Ceramic and Plumbing divisions).
Your Mission
As the central point of contact for complex problem-solving, your responsibilities go beyond simply answering inquiries. You will coordinate corrective actions to ensure the operational efficiency of our after-sales ecosystem.
