The Sales Coordinator at Pipeline Medical is the operational backbone of the Sales organization. This role serves as the primary support system for the sales team and the main point of communication for customers and internal stakeholders regarding quotes, pricing, order support, and product inquiries.

Using Pipeline Medical’s proprietary med tech platform and CRM tools, the Sales Coordinator drives operational accuracy, improves turnaround times, and supports a seamless experience for customers and sales reps alike. The Sales Coordinator ensures sales processes move quickly and accurately, supports account activities end-to-end, and maintains high‑quality data in Zoho and related systems.
