Sales Coordinator

Promote and sell marketing campaigns and in-app advertising solutions to merchants to increase visibility and customer engagement.

• Menu Optimization

Review and optimize merchant menus to ensure they are attractive, user-friendly, and designed to maximize customer conversions.

Act as the main point of contact for merchant partners. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships.

• Revenue Growth & Performance Improvement

Identify opportunities to increase merchant revenue and implement strategies to improve their overall performance on the platform.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in any field
• Sales experience is an advantage
• Proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese is an added advantage
