About the Role
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field (preferred but not always required)
- Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in sales coordination, order processing, or a related administrative role (but fresh graduates may be considered)
- Proficiency in SAP for sales order management, purchase requests, and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting.
- Familiarity with sales order processing systems and CRM tools is a plus.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments (sales, finance, logistics, procurement).
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order processing and documentation.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple transactions efficiently.
