Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Sales & Contract Administrator to support our sales process from contract issuance through to unconditional stage. This role requires strong administrative skills, the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, and a willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Administer contracts: issue, process, verify details, and distribute to relevant stakeholders
- Support the sales process by tracking deposits and receiving payments
- Input contract data accurately into Salesforce
- Update Salesforce with invoice records
- Maintain up-to‑date sales reports with status updates
- Perform general administrative support and ad‑hoc tasks as needed
- Previous experience in administrative roles (property industry preferred but not essential)
