Job Description
Provide fast, reliable sales administration and internal communications support, assist the Director with delegated tasks, manage client document workflows end‑to‑end (printing, scanning, routing, and dispatch), coordinate internal communication on behalf of the Director, and act as MarCom ambassador in Ukraine—ensuring brand‑consistent messaging and timely information flow across the team.
Key Responsibilities
Client document & workflow management
- Print, scan, and format client documents (contracts, proposals, letters, annexes, etc.).
- Route documents within the team for review/approval and coordinate final dispatch to clients via approved channels (email, e‑sign, courier).
- Track status against service‑level timelines; escalate blockers proactively.
