Sales Coach

We are looking for a Sales Coach for Gurugram location with minimum 2 years of experience in training.

Role and Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for over sales performance management of the program and liaise with all functions as well as clients to design sales improvement strategies
• Candidate must have Technical Sales experience for any kind of sales
• Conduct monthly sales transaction audits and share feedback to improve process knowledge, selling skills
• Work closely with the Quality teams, to co-own team and unit level targets
• Responsible for sale performance trends and reporting dashboards including intelligent analysis on pre / post-performance and needle movement
