About the Role

Position Summary:
We're seeking a driven and confident Business Development Manager to grow our customer base and strengthen existing relationships across Pakistan.
This is a field-based role where you'll represent Simplex Solutions face-to-face — visiting customers, re-engaging lapsed accounts, and creating new sales opportunities through proactive outreach and strong personal connections.
Key Responsibilities:
· Be the front-foot driver of new business - prospecting, identify and securing new clients across Pakistan.
· Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing food brands.
· Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: uncover leads, qualify opportunities, pitch, negotiate and close.
· Collaborate with onboarding and internal teams to ensure a smooth handover and excellent client experience.
