Job Description

  • Taking responsibility for increasing the sales of the company in both B2B and B2C.
  • Being determined and driving the company to have sales growth through a measurable KPI system with action plans that can be implemented to achieve real results.
  • Being responsible for the work of the sales team. Review team performance and sales targets to ensure they are in line with what the company has set.
  • Being responsible for educating and training Consulting with the team on an ongoing basis.
  • Advising on creating a cosmetic brand - skincare to solve the customer.
