**Job Purpose**:
This role is **onsite** in Tlalnepantla, Mexico City or **onsite** at our facility in San Nicolas de los Garza, Monterrey. Coordinate and execute administrative and supportive account, sales and service activities. Handle questions, complaints, and requests from customers, within company policies and procedures, to support the unit in realizing commercial objectives and contribute to customer satisfaction.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
Maintain quote and order logs for designated service and sales personnel.
Sales and service support including, but not limited to, general follow up, order worksheet write-ups, tender document write-ups, generate billing and delivery orders.
Enter inventory receipts and shipments in computer system in a timely matter as product moves through
assigned warehouses.
