Your mission
is to uphold high levels of customer service standards whilst selling the companys full range of products and services to achieve and exceed store and individual sales targets.
More specifically, you will:
Work in the store to welcome and help customers dailyCompose and sell all Bang & Olufsen products Attend customer events in the store and at times with local partners, this can be during the day, evenings or weekendsFollow up on marketing campaigns, activations, events and build the stores customer database with the help of our CRM systemDeliver impeccable luxury customer service and professional presentation skills before, during and after the sale has been processed, creating great customer relations and long-term loyaltyEnsure professional and knowledgeable management of all customer queries taking responsibility to see the query through to the customers satisfaction
