Duties and Responsibilities
- Drive exceptional customer experience through high-touch interaction, providing outstanding service and clear communication
- Serve as a key point of contact, expertly guiding customers to find the products they desire
- Provide knowledgeable advice to support purchasing decisions
- Handle customer feedback with care and process transactions accurately
- Contribute to efficient store operations through inventory support, including receiving and stocking
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Graduate or College Level
- Experience in retail store operations is an advantage
- Ability to memorize prices and product knowledge
- Flexible, energetic, and hardworking
- Strong team player
- Willing to undergo training
