Sales Assistant

Overview

We are currently seeking a motivated and passionate Sales Assistant to join our boutique at the McArthurGlen Outlet in Málaga. This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities

• Provide an outstanding and personalized customer service experience
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through a proactive selling approach
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Ensure proper visual merchandising standards and stock organization
• Support daily store operations, including inventory management and cash handling

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for luxury retail
• Sales-driven attitude with the ability to meet or exceed targets
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Previous experience in fashion or luxury retail is a plus
