About the Role
Position: Sales Assistant
Location: Kwai Chung
Working Hour: Mon-Fri 9am-6pm
Salary: HKD $20K~$24K/ M
Job Description:
- Prepare sales reports and conduct simple data analysis
- Handle correspondence with existing clients
- Issue invoices and manage general back-office tasks
- Perform general office duties
- Support exhibition activities when necessary
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of work experience
- Native Cantonese speaker with basic English skills
- Japanese language proficiency is an advantage
- Proficiency in Excel/ Pivot table/ Vlookup is a priority
