About the Role
**Key Responsibilities**
Support customer coordination, quotations, contracts and order-related processes.
Provide pre-sales support, including presentations, product materials and basic demonstrations.
Provide product training, application guidance and basic technical support to customers and dealers.
Follow up orders, delivery and service coordination to ensure smooth execution.
Support marketing activities, customer visits and business reporting.
Work closely with internal teams and follow company compliance requirements.
**Background and Skill**
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant field.
2. Relevant experience in sales support, customer service, technical support or application engineering is preferred.
3. Good communication, coordination and basic Office skills are required.
4. Customer-oriented, detail-minded, and willing to travel when needed.
