Sales and Marketing Director

Job Description :

• Supervise – control daily sales activities.
• Motivate – boost sales team members’ morale to make sure they can reach sales targets at their best effort.
• Ensure monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets are achieved.
• Manage accounts through direct and frequent contact.
• Develop - execute business development plans, marketing campaigns, promotional campaigns to increase sales and company brand’s visibility.
• Work closely with Vice President to develop and execute sales and marketing campaigns.
• Attract spot advertising from local retail/international advertisers and agencies.
• Give presentations to local retailers and international advertising agencies/advertisers.
• File reports and perform miscellaneous sales-related duties as needed.

• At least 3 years of sales/marketing experience with a television (or radio) station and / or newspaper/website sales.
