Sales and Marketing Associate

JOB SUMMARY
A Sales & Marketing Associate provides crucial support to the Sales & Marketing Team, ensuring streamlined operations and efficient coordination of tasks including sales data management, report preparation, and promotional material facilitation. This role entails meticulous attention to detail in monitoring and tracking budget spending, approved Promo Authorization Forms, and Trade/Distributors' claims.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Prepares comprehensive sales data such as Weekly & Monthly Sales Reports categorized by SKU, account, and area, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Gathers, compiles, and summarizes trade returns including BOs, and provides scheduled or ad-hoc reports to the Sales & Marketing teams as required.
* Monitor, update, and reconcile Sales & Marketing expenses against the approved budget, collaborating with the Accounting department as necessary:
