Title: Sales and Leasing Analyst
Reporting To: Sales and Leasing Strategist
Job Summary:
The Sales and Leasing Analyst will work within the Sales and Leasing Team to optimize leasing performance, reduce vacancies, enhance revenue growth, and support consistent service excellence nationally. In partnership with the Strategist, this role will proactively identify performance gaps, recommend areas for improvement, and execute strategies and action plans that advance the Company’s goals.
The Sales and Leasing Analyst will collaborate closely with Regional Leasing Managers (RLMs) and Sales and Leasing Associates to align on strategic priorities, drive leasing velocity targets, implement training programs, and industry best practices.
