About the Role

We are hiring a Sales and Distribution Officer for our client in the oil trading and supply chain services sector. The role focuses on driving lubricant sales, managing customer relationships, and developing the territory. It also supports distributor networks to achieve targets in volume, margin, and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of lubricants within the assigned territory and ensure achievement of sales targets.

  • Develop and implement territory sales plans to maintain product availability, visibility, and distribution.

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular visits and follow-ups.

  • Identify, onboard, and support new and existing distributors while monitoring their performance.
