Sales Agent

is typically responsible for contacting prospective customers via phone call, text, or email. Successfully convert both warm and cold leads into a sale. Use product knowledge to showcase the solutions that our company can offer to prospects. Convince prospect customers to use existing vouchers. Create a long lasting relationship with clients. Contribute to improving the current workflow by creating and/or modifying existing call flows and scripts to improve conversion rates.
