About the Role
SALES AGENTS — EXPERIENCED (COLD CALLING)
We need sales representatives who can start performing immediately.
Requirements:
* Min 1 year cold calling (US campaigns) — dispatch sales preferred
* Fluent English
* Onsite, night shift only
* Must handle 300+ calls/day
* Must know cold calling flow + how to build rapport
* Not hiring CSR/inbound/support profiles
Performance Expectations:
* Month 1 target: 2 sales (each sale = $150)
* Our current agents do 7–8 sales/month
Salary:
* 50–70K base salary
* 5K commission per sale
SALES FRESHERS
* Fluent English (mandatory)
* Onsite, night shift only
* Must complete 1–2 weeks of unpaid training
* Must pass the training assessment to join
* Salary after training: 30–40K fixed
* Monthly target: 2 sales
